WIBOLABS
One clear place to work

Client & Contractor Portal

Give clients, contractors, and staff one place to submit documents, approve work, and track progress.

A practical delivery partner

Built around the outcome—not a feature checklist.

We replace scattered inboxes, shared drives, forms, and status calls with a secure, role-aware portal around your service workflow.

  • Client and contractor onboarding
  • Secure document collection
  • Requests, status, and approvals
  • Role-aware dashboards
  • Notifications, reporting, and launch
Good fit

When custom delivery makes sense.

  • A service business collecting documents and updates by email
  • Teams repeatedly answering status questions
  • Workflows that need separate client, contractor, and staff permissions

What the engagement should produce

  • Faster onboarding and fewer incomplete submissions
  • Visible status, ownership, and approval history
  • A professional client experience without manual chasing
Delivery process

Decisions before expensive work.

Every phase produces a visible decision or working outcome.

01

Map participation

Define what clients, contractors, staff, and administrators need to see and do.

02

Design the journey

Simplify onboarding, submission, review, approval, and status communication.

03

Build securely

Implement role boundaries, file validation, history, and essential notifications.

04

Launch clearly

Deploy with handover, operating guidance, and a prioritised improvement list.

Investment

A useful starting range

Focused client and contractor portals begin at AUD 5,900. Complex migration, identity providers, compliance, or several integrations are estimated separately.

Timeline

A credible delivery window

A focused portal can be delivered in up to two weeks when one core workflow and limited roles are agreed.

Paid discovery

Clarity before a fixed build.

When requirements are still unclear, discovery begins at AUD 350. We map the problem, users, core workflow, MVP boundary, risks, and technical direction before producing a delivery estimate.

A free fit call comes first. Discovery is recommended for SaaS, custom applications, multiple roles, integrations, or any project that cannot be responsibly estimated from the initial brief. When stated in the proposal, up to 50% of the discovery fee may be credited toward the subsequent build.

  • Problem and outcome summary
  • User roles and core workflow
  • MVP priorities and explicit exclusions
  • Technical direction, risks, timeline, and build estimate
Technology choices

Selected for ownership after launch.

We work primarily with TypeScript, Angular, Nuxt, Astro, NestJS, Laravel, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Docker, and Cloudflare. The final stack follows the product's workflows, security boundary, integrations, client team, and operating environment.

Architecture decisions are documented. We avoid introducing infrastructure or frameworks that add complexity without improving the product outcome.

Common questions

Clear expectations from the start.

How much does client & contractor portal cost?+

Focused client and contractor portals begin at AUD 5,900. Final investment depends on scope, workflows, integrations, security, and launch requirements.

Can Wibolabs work with an international team?+

Yes. We are based in Yogyakarta (GMT+7) with flexible scheduled overlap across Australian business hours. Planned calls can be arranged by agreement, while written updates and visible progress keep delivery moving asynchronously.

Who owns the source code and infrastructure?+

The agreed project source code and client-specific deliverables belong to the client after payment. We also prefer infrastructure and production accounts to remain under client control.

What happens after launch?+

Ongoing support is available from AUD 390 per month for an agreed combination of maintenance, monitoring, support, and product iteration. The appropriate model depends on release pace and operational requirements.
