WIBOLABS
About / Founder-led delivery

Small by design.
Accountable by default.

Wibolabs is a product engineering studio in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. We work directly with founders and operational teams to turn complex workflows into dependable web products.

The person behind the work

Direct access to the builder.

Arif Setyo Wibowo

Founder and full-stack product engineer. Arif works across product discovery, interface decisions, application architecture, implementation, deployment, and production support—without the hand-offs common in larger agency structures.

His work includes multi-tenant SaaS, subscription billing, browser automation, operational dashboards, role-based workflows, audit trails, secure file handling, payment integrations, and data-heavy business systems.

Wibolabs is based in Yogyakarta (GMT+7) and works flexibly by agreement across Australian business hours. Planned calls can be scheduled for Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide, while asynchronous updates keep delivery moving between meetings.

Working principles

Evidence over theatre.

Scope is made explicit, working software is reviewed early, risks are surfaced in writing, and production ownership remains clear.

01

Direct communication

Talk to the person making product and engineering decisions.

02

Visible progress

Review useful increments instead of waiting for a final reveal.

03

Client ownership

Agreed source code and client-specific deliverables transfer after payment.

04

Long-term thinking

Architecture should survive launch, real users, and changing priorities.

Engineering toolkit

Capabilities first.
Technology in context.

Tools are selected around product requirements, team ownership, security, deployment constraints, and long-term maintenance—not fashion.

Frontend

Interfaces that stay clear

Angular · Nuxt · Astro · TypeScript

Backend

Reliable application logic

NestJS · Laravel · REST APIs · Webhooks

Data & infrastructure

Production foundations

PostgreSQL · MySQL · Prisma · Docker · Cloudflare · Linux

Product systems

The hard parts that matter

Multi-tenancy · Billing · Background jobs · Audit trails · Role permissions · Secure uploads
